Return and Refund Policy
Decowraps stands by the quality of it’s products, and in the event of quality issues or wrong deliveries always strives to resolve any issue quickly.
When requesting a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Returns can not be accepted without prior approval from our customer service. To obtain return authorization, please call +31 297 349000 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours after delivery.
Upon consent, the goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice and in the original packing materials including inner cartons. Incorrectly shipped goods must be returned in its original condition with the original packing materials. Product returned not in compliance with company policy is subject to refusal.
- Returns must be made within 20 days of date of purchase.
- Misused or abused products are not subject to return.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discontinued items.
- Returns will be customers' responsibility unless fault lies with Decowraps.
- Damaged and/or defective products are replaced or credited at the discretion of the Customer Service Department.
- Credit due will be applied to your account after receipt and evaluation of returned goods as been made.
- Failure to return product at your own will without prior approval may result in a charge back of a restocking fee.
- Product returned past the 20-day grace period may result in an additional restocking fees.
- All returns must be pre-paid freight.
- If you cancel your order after it has already been processed there may be an additional fee. Orders should be cancelled before the shipment date. If the order has already been shipped it can not be cancelled.
- Refund will be applied within 30 business days.
Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return. If you did not receive the items you ordered or received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and Decowraps will aim to resolve the issue immediately.
Liability Policy: Your sole and exclusive remedy against E-commerce by Decowraps is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against E-commerce by Decowraps for incidental or consequential damages.
We source the best quality products available; however, if you receive an unsatisfactory product from us please notify our customer service department immediately.
We will verify the issue and based upon the findings replace it or refund your money within 30 days of the invoice date or by issuing a credit if the invoice is still open. Before returning any products, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization and a return address. may be responsible for return freight charges when products are not defective.
